The Tennessee Wedding & Events Specialists Association is a networking group of over 200 of the finest specialists in the planning and execution of weddings and events in Tennessee. Based in Nashville, but spanning the state and for some, traveling the globe, there isn’t any part of putting together an event that one of our members hasn’t mastered.

From a tiny wedding in a quaint chapel to the CMT Awards one of us will be there. One of us can erect your tent, cater your dinner, dress you or a flower girl and get you all there in a stylish limousine. We can arrange a chocolate fountain or a castle shaped moon walk. We can preserve it all with stunning wedding photographs and portraits or be there to take your corporate head shots. Our videographers can capture your romantic love story or make your company retreat look like a music video.

We can dress your flower girl or your groomsman, find the perfect gown for the mother of the bride or the Swan Ball. We can create stunning floral displays for your lobby or unique boutonnières for your grooms lapel.

We can rustle up a mean batch of bar-be-cue or serve you a perfect chilean sea bass with just the right wine. We can do it in a rustic rendition of a wild west saloon or in a five diamond hotel. We can get all of your guests there in a luxury coach or just the two of you in a vintage Rolls Royce.

You can rest assured that our members have the licenses and insurance in place to acknowledge their status as true specialists in their field.

Why Hire A TWESA Professional
The Tennessee Weddings & Events Association is one of a very few organizations of its kind that is purely a Not for Profit.  The professionals of TWESA are fully vetted and must meet certain criteria to attain membership. You can be assured that when you hire a member of TWESA that they are fully licensed and insured. They also have a track record since they must have been in business for at least a year before they may become regular members.
Our monthly meetings are a networking opportunity for our professionals. This means that, for the most part, we all know each other and have worked together on many occasions. Choosing TWESA professionals for your event is a large step in ensuring that your event runs smoothly.
